Document Summary
The exam will be in class on october 15th and will be 55 minutes long. It is worth 20% of your final grade. There will be two sections on the exam. The first section will be worth fifty marks and will consist of identifications [eg. "identify and explain the significance of"] you will have a wide range of choice. You will do two identifications in this first section. The identifications will be drawn from readings both coursepack and textbook. But that does not mean that you should not be able to draw on lecture and reading note material in answering them. The second section of the exam is an essay section worth fifty marks. You will do one question and there will be a wide range of choice. You will be expected to draw on both lectures and readings in answering the question you choose.
