Disability comes from environment interacting with our world. Abled people are on one side and disabled are on another this comes from environment. Some people have invisible disabilities and hide it from others because of the stigma associated with their disabilities. Make little adjustments so people with problems don"t feel left out. Not a special case, not everybody works, walks & think the same way. Working to set up the world so that as many people are included. No special consideration has been made for them, but instead they are part of how things are. Build things so that people can do things the same ways as people non-disabled. Ableism is holding on to privilege by excluding people who are not able. How do we create and maintain ableism at individual level. Something other or something less, therefore gt to put them below you and you get to feel good about yourself. Affects your voice if you have a disability.
