Political power is defined as the right to make laws for the protection and regulatory of the city, there are backed for the community and for the good of the city. State of nature: state of equality where no one has power over anyone else and anyone can do whatever they please. You can not destroy yourself because you don"t belong to you, you belong to god. Slavery occurs only when someone surrendered to war and is not forced into it. Assumptions: morality- everyone has to follow a moral code for human actions otherwise there wouldn"t be a just punishment. War is a state of destruction and pre-meditated to take another"s life. Yet someone can kill another in acts of self- defence or threatening their liberty. War in can end in two things: force is over (society) or peace and damages of commended (nature). When the state acts unjustly the only act of war that occur is state of war.
