In general terms, what is meant by human justice". Human justice is the end product that synthesized the various forms of justice into a coherent societal response to crime and wrong doing. Justice is seen in the laws, fairness of punishment, revenge, restitution and include human rights, civil rights, and diversity. Some people see the criminal justice system as the source of our justice but justice is also a product of all aspects of our lives: five components of human justice". Guidelines that separate human beings from other forms of life, these guidelines or norms make us humans but are not created by us. Universal norms of human conduct through reasoning and are just only if they conform to the higher natural law. This was born out of injustices during wwii. Based on the reasoning that society in general is harmed when someone"s actions violate the society"s customs, traditions, ethics, morals or laws.
