Other conditions may be of priority than wellness promotion. Healthcare setting is geared more for disease prevention. Other symptoms may be looked at for treatment rather than the reversible subtle symptoms. Personal values towards older persons abilities may get in the way. These barriers come mainly from misconceptions, myths and other false beliefs.
