Some ideas are derived from the senses: evil deceiver could deceive us from all the senses. If so, then still the evil can still deceive us through this. Some are developed innately: maybe some ideas develop naturally that the evil deceiver could not deceive us. Can you get an idea out of nothing: e. g. : mythical creatures: it does not exist but it does not come from nothing. If you imagine that you are a complete blank slate, it is difficult to imagine that you can get an idea out of that.
