One of the important features in the workplace is to make tough decisions in order to successfully complete a task. In similarity to the scene analyzed, one must follow a speciic process when making a rational decision. This process is mentioned above and is known as the rational decision making process. It lows as follows: identify the problem, identify the best decision process, discover alternatives, choose the best alternative, implement the chosen alternative, and inally, evaluate the alternative. In the workplace, when managers arrive at a situation in which they have to make a choice in order to better the chances at increasing proits, they have to use this type of process. For example, if a business is decreasing in proits, and the manager knows that in order to increase its proits, he/she needs to decrease costs.
