It"s about the reasonable limits: the study of how to be a saint or angel in business, rare; there are still rules that apply in business, limited to a narrow range of topics (e. g. personal integrity) Business ethics issues: product safety, pricing, bribery, sex in ads, lobbying, honest ads, outsourcing, healthy products, consumer privacy, product recalls, etc. What makes ethics hard: knowing the right thing to do, doing it. The management challenge: the right thing to do -> getting 100,000 people to do it makes management difficult. Recall from last week: values & principles, ethics & the law.
