Workers are passionate and devoted to improving lives of young people. Caring for children isn"t just a family activity, society should increase value of caring. Caring=present, fully and completely, throughout the life space. Consider what caring means to them as well as young people they are working with. Caring requires 3 elements: need, affect and action.
