Intellectual capital: the collective brainpower or shared knowledge of a workforce. High performing companies gain extraordinary results from people. Knowledge worker: someone whose mind is a critical asset to employers. Workforce diversity: describes differences among workers in gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation and able-bodiedness. Prejudice: the display of negative, irrational attitudes towards members of diverse populations.
