An ideology of a collection of fundamental views/ values. 5 paradigms that help people view industrial relations. A neoliberal: values economic freedom, own choices / consequences. Not favorable to unions because goes against individual freedom. Normative: what you think should be there"s a norm with value/ moral. Is about what is, does not state anything as good or bad. Neo-classism: a mix of claims normative and positive. Model of market: enforces supply and demand.
