Go through which one is the easiest to answer. You only choose 4 of the questions to

a. Phones, plans, services, it’s a bit of a lifestyle thing. It’s a younger

a. Rogers, fido, pc mobile, bell (even though they own virgin, they are
canaballing their own competitor),
b. Fido and telus and pc mobile mostly their competitors because they both
target the younger audience. While roger and bell mostly business
c. Virgin mobiles competitors are bell and rogers. However their main
competitors are fido, koodo, pc mobile because they’re a discount carrier.
Virgin is a discount. You can list all the competitors but for the more direct
threat. You should list them as well.
4. What is their strategy to compete?
a. Did they have any long time contracts? No.
b. It’s pay as you go before. But now, they have contracts.. however not as
long as others
c. Who do they target? Young people! That changes their strategy to
compete. What is their marketing strategy? They want you to feel like
your part of the club. They give you private acc
