Bodily contact; attached to person or person themselves. Causing reasonable belief that offensive bodily contact is forthcoming. Defendant intends to cause offensive physical contact with the plaintiff that causes harm. Defendant intentionally causes the plaintiff to reasonably believe that offensive bodily contact is imminent. Not based on physical contact, belief that such contact would occur. Occurs when the defendant improperly interferes with the plaintiff"s land.
