Common law judge-made laws uses past cases to help current cases. Make rules as you play the game. Used in common wealth: england, australia, new zealand, most of canada. Public law our relationship with the government and with society as a whole. Constitutional law provides the basic rules of our political and legal systems: who is entitled to create & enforce laws, & establishes the right and freedoms.
