This act prescribes minimum standards for advertising, manufacture, labelling, packaging, treating, processing, preserving, preparing or selling food, drugs, cosmetics and therapeutic devices. Is unfit for human consumption; decomposed or diseased animal or vegetable substance; Is adulterated (lowered in quality by adding inferior materials); or: was manufactured, prepared, preserved, packaged or stored under unsanitary conditions.
