In 1970, the arrival of digital technologies was first seen as an existential threat to photography. Is now recognized as the trigger for another periodic transformation of photography. Included in every aspect of life, the digital turns out to be a political and technological challenge. It asks us to see what is right in front of our eyes. Photography, a middle-brow art: pierre bourdieu, rare for people to be thinking critically about photography.
