Story: the narrative events that the audience constructs: control and feedback based on our interactions with the design indications, something happens and we can tell that something has happened (the follow-on event is communicated clearly). In an idn, agency has different qualitative resources for interactions: manage a small number of possible choices/interactions to create agency. In the real world, the quantity of choices will always be greater than in any idn.
