-Controls secretion of hormones from thyroid
gland
4. Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACTH)
-Controls secretions of hormones from adrenal
cortex
5. Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH),
Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
-Considered gonadotrophins that affect the male
and female gonads
