You"ve experienced things (this is the better mode of retaining information) Tacit knowledge is knowledge we have without knowing that we actually know it e. g. knowledge you have but you don"t know how you got it e. g. being afraid of snakes, spiders, etc. Important to reflect on tacit knowledge because oftentimes, our assumptions and preconceptions come from this tacit knowledge e. g. our knowledge of a dirty homeless man pushing a shopping cart on the street. Need to go out into the community and ask people specifically what they need instead of having the donors dictate what type of supports they get. Oftentimes, donors want scientific knowledge and that"s all.
