▪ Entrepreneurial thinking is using your insufficient resources
(extant means) to create a solution or a product.
▪ Managerial thinking is when you have a predetermined end
and you get there by utilizing your current or given resources.

• My idea was Airbnb of home cooked meals
• I used entrepreneurial thinking by first realizing I didn’t
have a direct connection to an app developer
• Second I knew the problem existed but I didn’t have a
predetermined solution right off the bat
• After utilizing insufficient resources such as my brother
and my friends who lived alone, I came with an app
based platform where students would buy food
o First it was the idea of delivery service for home
cooked meals
o And stay-at-home mom’s would sell food
