Air goes through the side wall and down the building. Evaporaive cooling: air goes through water and is cooled before entry into the facility. Chimney heats up and draws out more air, walls warm up the air before it enters the building. Build things with the roof is solar ready (trusses can handle the extra weight) The building envelope should make as much money as what"s in it.
