If all the premise are true then the conclusion must be true in the end. Argument should be structurally well formed (ie: premise are presented in support of a conclusion, conclusion should not also appear as a premise: relevance. Having the wrong medication or wrong doses prescribed can have horrible lasting effects on these people who are relying on these professionals to know what they are doing. General publish through doctors that implement what they learned through the faulty study.
