Climate agreements: creating targets for doing better and adapting for global changes but there"s no punishment if you don"t reach those targets. Either 10 years" prison, or 0 years + a punishment that is worse than going to prison. If both rat each other out, they both get 9 years + punishment: very shitty situation so pretty much you"re pressured to both keep quiet because not doing so is going to be much worse. Idea that maybe we should coerce people into having better structures and incentives to do the right thing. Rj"s thoughts, if it makes sense and you can actually take care of them, go for it.
