Legal system: a system for interpreting and enforcing the law. We teach capitalistic value, and they are the notion of property, the human resource and capital. The law must be predictable: corruption is killing people, must be known, must be transparent, cannot pull a policy that is not made for the whole society, law needs to be applicable to everyone. Business law: a set of established rules governing commercial relationships, including the enforcement of rights that define rights, obligations, and conducts of person in a given context. Law: the set of rules and principles guiding conduct in society. Business ethics: moral principles and values that seek to determine right and wrong in the business world. Ex: horses die at the calgary chuckwagon race: horses and drivers are occasionally injured or killed, prompting animal welfare groups to call for the sport to be banned. The sport causes undue suffering for the horses.
