Quality teaching can prevent complications and promote recovery!! More than just imparting information and listening to instructions. Lecture 1: september 11th introduction to medical-surgical nursing practice. Lots of content in class will be on exam. Final exam will have med calculations to do, may have questions related to lab. Midterms: 20 questions for each lecture ! Midterm 1: core concept, more memory (ex, nursing process) as opposed to what to do with patients. Last 3 classes: nov 27th, dec 4th , dec 6th.
