Bio-power: regulation of population, extraction of collective forces. Linguistic term: an emphasis on an ontology that suggest that organization is not accessible beyond any linguistic event. What we study is a language phenomena researchers are interested in the question of meaning: the importance of linguistics and the term, rise of postmodernism, as a way to renegotiate, influential and associated with post modernism. An awareness against narratives that try to seek dominance. Performative language acts, it happens, it creates the reality: symbolic bringing meaning to an area ex: podium with seats facing it, a space with a symbolic perspective. Signs, symbols, meanings. a selection of what people hold to be important ex; the syllabus: narrative approach very much like a story, something being told. Organization is a collective story telling system in which the performance of stories is a key part of members sense-making and a means to allow them to supplement, individual memories with institutional memories.
