Well educated women cannot expect to be paid at comparable wages with men. Most go for bachelor"s degrees, and least do phds. Most of them are not in mathematics and sciences. It was found that women work harder than men and the demands at home did not impact them negatively. Therefore they are working harder for less work. Time spent working, men put in longer hours, but women have domestic work and part time jobs. Effort ( women are more likely to put in more effort) Experience more continuous and long term in men.
