Women have less opportunities in work force. Women get more unstable, part-time, lower level, lower paying jobs. Women are paid less wage gap. Neoliberalism promotes individuality there is not sufficient help from the state to women. Feminized work - dominant presence of women in occupations that were feminized historically such as nurses and teachers still continues to affect those professions today. Women"s work as paid domestic workers mostly immigrant and racialized women working class, hired by white middle class women, cheap labor, immigration strategies regulate women"s work in this area. White middle-class women"s work is often possible only through the work of immigrant domestic workers.
