Planning: determining what needs to be done to accomplish a task and the best way to accomplish it. Organising: assembling and preparing the resources necessary to complete a task. Leading: the art of guiding or inspiring others to follow. Leadership is not to tell what to do but to demonstrate (leading by example) Controlling: first begins with setting goal/ intended result of an activity.
