The article states that the unemployment rate is kept held steady, while the pace of hiring has slowed down. Although, the job market is doing well, the pace of the job role creation has slowed down. Those companies who are hiring are complaining people with good talent and enough skills are particularly scarce. A large amount of people said that they would be open to risk hopping from job to job to find a greater pay because we are seeing that is also hard for employees to promoted these days. The labor shortage has been a benefit to those people that got hit with recession such as minimum wage earners. They were able to find jobs in fields such as in health case, manufacturing and transportation .
