Document Summary

Research methods are the basis / foundation for all the psych information we have gotten over the past 100 years. There were like 7 hub disciplines that were being citied the most. That means there is data to back it up. There was like a board that had a code like 3=a or something and he answered questions like that. Some other guy comes along and figures it out. Clever hans was good at reading facial cues or some shit. He could only answer questions if the asker knew the answer. How can we increase worker productivity in factory. Ends up being, the do better if they know someone is watching. If no double blind, researcher might let biases get in the way. Must have a mountain of facts that support the theory. The predictive part is that you can make a testable hypothesis out of the theory.
