It helps you to develop a reflex: meta-ethics. The application of meta-ethics in real life situations. You now know what to do in a situation. The drop off b/w people who know what they"re supposed to do and doing it is significant. They may not want to do it or are restrained from doing it. Ethical distress you know your duties and are committed to it due to workplace restrictions you cannot fulfill the role due to other circumstances and have to do something less than expected. Talking about the big concepts we have a concept of what it is and how we know it. There is still interpretation- but meta-ethical basis is still covering this.
