Best research evidence = education, certification (related to aging) & professional associations (getting up to date information in a professional field) these are the three ways to integrate of best research evidence. It is the study of the distribution and determinants of health related states or events in specified populations, and the application of this study to the control of health problems. It is important to know where the information comes from; there are areas where we can say yes it works, while there are other research practices that are not accurate.
