Behaviours that bring or are intended to bring, harm to an organization, its employees, or its stakeholders: e. g. , harassing co-workers, bullying, stealing, sabotage, withdrawal. Need theories: try to specify the kinds of needs people have, concerned with what motivates workers. Process theories: concentrate on how and when various factors motivate workers. Self actualization lower order needs of deficiency needs .
