Week 3: Effective Noticing: Types of Data and Documentation  discuss types of data  begin to develop proficiency in noticing  review principles of documentation based on CNO standards To Read: CNO 2008 Practice standard: Documentation revised.  The interview and therapeutic dialogue.  (Jensens, p. 38)  Week 4: Interviewing  explore the phases of the interview process  explore various types of questions used in an interview  discuss methods to create a therapeutic environment in which to conduct an interview, keeping in mind cultural and life span transitions • To Read: • The interview and therapeutic dialogue.
