Document Summary

As i have mentioned earlier, task 2 (and ongoing into the final paper) will involve archival research. Archival research means looking for document or statistical evidence or other objective data. You can look for information about the impact of your person, and/or his/her mentors and/or students (citation indices will be useful tools here, such as found in web of science or through google scholar). In task 2 you will be assessed mainly on your search strategy. I will be looking for the specific sources and resources you used and how extensive was your search. Please keep a log and present in an appendix for task. Although the emphasis will be on the search strategy, with each attempt i will be expecting a brief description of what information you discovered. Finally, in historical research getting the dates and facts correct is essential.
