Case analysis - look at the company in financial perspective, depends on which quadrant the company stays in. i. e. if the company is in the crisis area, top managers are looking for big changes in decision making. Lagging - measures things that have already happened, i. e. mortality, weight, etc. Leading - measures things that may happen in the future and can be controlled and affected, i. e. exercise, number of calories that you input a day, etc.
