Movement of large material into lake or ocean. Forces exerted by flooding and receding waves. Release of materials such as gas and chemicals as things are ruptured. Inundation maps based on modelling of coastal processes, predict and display the extent that waves will run up shoreline: developed by historical records and geological data that indicates info on tsunami frequency and size.
