Requires: the agreement of all citizens through participation in the electoral process. Direct or indirect representation on policy issues. Power: the ability of one actor (or group) to achieve their goals in a political system. it may be difficult to see who has power! Ca(cid:374)ada(cid:859)s oil sa(cid:374)ds: located primarily in alberta, represent one-third of the (cid:449)orld(cid:859)s k(cid:374)o(cid:449)(cid:374) petroleum resources.
