Hundreds of thousands iranians came together against the elections outcome. The people of iran are exercising their sovereign right as a people to stand before their rulers and say no more. (source 2) it is clear that the citizens had a right to protest. The green revolution arose out of the green clad, defined as a movement directed by mousavi. The connection between the green revolution and the twitter revolution truly became notably important once the riots become violent, and multiple innocent deaths took palace.
