-Organizational Behaviour is the study of what people do in organizations and how that
behaviour affects the performance of the organization.
Purpose
-The aim of the field of O.B. is to apply such knowledge toward improving organizational

3 Levels of Study in Organizational Behaviour

oMembers of the organization
-Group level
oCollections of individuals with some kind of common goal

-What is common about behaviour, and helps predictability?
oCertainly there are differences among individuals.

oLooking at relationships, attempting to attribute causes and effects and drawing
