Tesla is responsible for designing, developing, manufacturing, and selling high-performance fully electric vehicles and energy storage products. Right now, tesla sells two fully electric vehicles, model s sedan and the model x sport and have just released their new model 3. Currently, the company has reported losses in every year since its ipo. Despite the significant attention and hype that tesla has been receiving, the company fails to make any profit. With a large number of debt, the company"s profits are getting drained to pay back the lenders. One of the major concerns about the auto industry is the immense competition. North america is home to a huge selection of both domestic and international auto manufacturers.
