When lawyer speaks, k doesn"t get the opportunity to ask questions. They are not working together to solve the problem. The lawyer speaks about his contrast and influence and motivating participating in the trial. It is difficult to write a petition when you don"t know what the arrest or the charge is for. Lawyer talks about how he is so aware of the law; this is an empty statement because he has no interaction with the law. Krafka say"s the charge is not being public, there is an absolute disconnect.
