Thus, christ had to become a liar and be in error, in order that princes might continue in honor . According to luther the sophists are blind. explaining that the devil has taken possession of the sophists (364). Luther strongly disagrees with what the sophists teach in universities he claims they themselves do not know how to teach. Christians and not be teaching other subjects (364) the sophists in uni, were perplexed (sophists=insult) they were speech writers and manipulated people with words. The madness luther describes is that luther believes that the german nobility.
