Voyeurism = subordinate groups being observed with curiosity; as the other group. Power and hegemony control the socially constructed categories in which we rank people. These categories include (or lack) certain privileges (or conferred dominance). People living in low ses are more likely to have chronic illnesses, bad mental/psychological health, and higher death rate.
