A feeling of calmness that settles over me like a blanket, just a quiet assurance telling me i belong here . Leisureworld, a facility that provides many programs for the seniors along with long-term care, i realized the little details that set the mood for being home and they were both beneficial and at the same time concerning. So i began my observational journey by attending an exercise class called morning exercise , as the instructors called it. It was an exercise program that took place in the mornings and was open to anyone from any floor of that facility which meant seniors with a variety of abilities participated.
