The canadian association of emergency physicians wants to launch a program to deal with the issue of substance abuse. It does not have the resources to do both. According to the two types resources that the canadian association has mentioned above i would rather support they should try to teach emergency doctors about the treatment for addicts. Because there are couple of reasons behind it. First of all, as it is a fact that some doctors are discriminant to addicts and really rude to them as well. So, let"s say if there is a discrimination in doctors the organization should work on that issue to reduce it rather than changing government policies because the roots are there of that issue. And as per for the treatment for the addicts the most important thing that has to be concentrated on they should be treated in a great way which is only possible if doctors cooperate.
