I agree with the idea that both material world and world of ideas (non-material) exists which is known as the concept of substance dualism or cartesian dualism. Substance dualism is very famously defended by the french philosopher, rene descartes; who was also famous for the quote, i think, therefore i am . Descartes believed that thinking requires a thinker which was the idea behind his quote; that if he could think that means he exists. But really, what you think about something is not the property of the thing itself (clark kant and superman example). Leibniz"s law is if x is identical to y, then x and y has all the same properties. This law is basically saying that if you have two things with the same properties, then you don"t actually have two things, you really just have one thing. If you have two things with different properties, then they identify as two different things.
