Racism is a concept used to describe a complex set of beliefs, attitudes and actions which discriminate against people on the basis of skin color, country of origin or language. All theories of racism propose a persistent inequality among people that leads to the domination of the inferior by the superior. Racism started in 19th century europe as a biological theory. Humans were divided into races based on natural and inherent differences, with some of them with superior qualities and some with inferior . One of the very early biological theory was proposed by de gobineau who put forward the idea of the aryan master race . According to him race was a natural reality and the differences between races were also natural and have existed since the very beginning.
