We can have a voice if we are recognized for the things we can do. A country like canada should be sitting with gb and the us, to be part of the conversation. In un missions, at some point we stop providing soldiers and provide judges instead. Canada is trying to find a place for itself next to the big powers. Canada is trying to assert itself in the un. Autonomy is a characteristic of being able to make decisions for yourself.
